Hey Everybody! There’s a new colorful character in town:

You can call me Jimmy Sweet Tooth! I’m a friend of All City Candy from “way back when” and they’ve invited me to stop in once in a while and do some guest blog posts. I love visiting All City Candy every chance I get because, well… THERE’S CANDY EVERYWHERE! Who wouldn’t be thrilled to roam the aisles of this marvelous palace of sweets?! Boy, oh boy, have things been busy at All City Candy!

Mardi Gras!

This Tuesday, February 29th, is known as Fat Tuesday, or Mardi Gras. It’s traditionally a time to indulge in sweet and rich foods before the season of Lent. Everybody celebrates a little differently, and Cajun food, pancakes and Paczki (Polish Doughnuts) get the most publicity, but any sweet treat is fair game! With a tip of the hat to a certain basketball tournament coming up next month, All City Candy is hosting its first-ever Candy Madness tournament, and you can be a participant! Beginning March 1st, we’ll tweet a candy match-up every day and you can vote for your favorite. We’ll narrow it down, March Madness style until, at the end of the month, we crown the King of the Candies!
