Valentine's Day Bark

A sweet and colorful treat that combines two different kinds of chocolate and some "lovely" candy sprinkles.

You will need:
Instructions :
  1. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Put Milk Chocolate Melts into a microwavable bowl or measuring cup. Heat in microwave on 20% power for 15 seconds. Remove from microwave and stir. Repeat process until chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

  3. Pour the melted chocolate onto the cookie sheet and spread it around evenly with the spatula.

  4. Let the chocolate set until firm and dry.

  5. Melt White Chocolate Melts using the same process as used for the Milk Chocolate Melts. Then add red food coloring until you achieve the red color you desire.

  6. Pour melted Red Chocolate on top of the cooled Milk Chocolate.

  7. Sprinkle the Mini Heart Candy Sprinkles evenly over the chocolate, then gently press to set the sprinkles into the chocolate.

  8. Let bark harden overnight, then break it into generous bite-sized pieces and enjoy!

BONUS: Add some pretzels to the Milk Chocolate layer of the bark to make Valentine's Day Pretzel Bark!
