Giving back to the community is very important to us at All City Candy. So important, in fact, that it's even in our mission statement. The reason we're able to be so generous is because of our customers and the support they give to our charitable giving programs. Thanks to that enthusiasm and drive to give, we've developed the Sweets for Soldiers program at All City Candy.
We're kicking off this year's holiday season by working with Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center to bring some candy joy to the men and women who have served our country this Veterans Day. With your help, we are aiming to brighten the day of 300 patients at the VA by providing candy bars with wrappers that have been custom colored by children in the Cleveland area.
From September 30, 2019, through November 9, 2019, you can purchase a candy bar online to donate to the Sweets for Soldiers program, or you can visit either All City Candy location in Richmond Heights or Mentor, Ohio. Your donated candy bars will be delivered to the patients at the VA medical center on November 12, 2019.
We also have several different printable candy wrapper designs available. Simply print the design(s) of your choice, have your child color them at home - or color one yourself! - and then drop them off at one of our All City Candy locations. Wrappers and coloring tables are also set up at each store.
