Make little "diplomas" using Smarties Candy Rolls. Cut pieces of paper printed with "Class of 2016" or your grad's name to the width of the candy rolls. Wrap the paper around the Smarties and secure with tape or glue. Finish by tying a ribbon in your grad's school color around the roll.
