Shipping Rates

Contiguous U.S. — flat rate and free shipping options:

*Expedited services are not guaranteed for weekend delivery. Shipping carrier and service are selected to provide the best delivery experience for your order. Free shipping available within the contiguous U.S. only.

For all other addresses (Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and international), shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and service level. These rates are set by the carrier, not by All City Candy.

Processing & Delivery Time

  • Orders typically ship the same or next business day
  • Orders with melt protection usually ship Monday–Wednesday to help avoid packages sitting with carriers over the weekend
  • Most orders arrive within 1–5 business days after shipping
Order cutoff notice

Orders placed after 3 PM ET will be processed the next business day. Orders are not processed on holidays.

Need it faster? Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. For time-sensitive orders, add your required date in the checkout notes and we'll contact you if timing may be an issue.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Heat-Sensitive Candy

Chocolate and gummies are heat-sensitive and may melt in warm temperatures.

If your order includes chocolate, gummies, or other melt-sensitive candy, please read our Warm Weather & Melt Protection Policy before placing your order. We do not issue refunds for melting.

International Orders

All City Candy ships internationally via DHL Worldwide. Please note the following before placing an international order:

  • Orders may be subject to duties and taxes at the inbound country's customs authority's discretion
  • Duties and taxes are not included in product prices or shipping costs paid to All City Candy
  • All fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer
  • It is the customer's responsibility to confirm all ordered items are importable to their country
  • We do not refund international orders for any reason beyond a packing mistake made by our staff

Taste

Manufacturers sometimes change recipes, and items don't always taste like we remember them. Gummies, taffy, chocolate, etc. will vary in texture, consistency, firmness, and flavor with different brands and manufacturers.

Color

Candy is often made in small batches and color may vary from time to time. Color may also look different in person than on your computer screen.

Cancellations

Check your order carefully before hitting submit. As soon as you finalize your purchase, we start working on your order. If you need to cancel, please call us immediately. If the order has already been fulfilled, we will be unable to cancel it.

If I place my order today, when will it ship?

We ship fast — usually the same day! Orders received by 3 PM ET will go out the same day. Overnight and expedited deliveries are not guaranteed for weekend delivery. Orders are not processed on holidays.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! We'll send an email confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

What if I need my order delivered by a certain date?

Call us at 216-487-7070 or email us at info@allcitycandy.com before placing your order so we can advise you on the best delivery option. Please be advised that regardless of which shipping method you select, we cannot guarantee when your order will arrive, and we will not issue refunds on orders not delivered by a certain time.

What if I have questions after receiving my order?

If your product arrived damaged, please retain all packaging — including the shipping box, packing material, packing slip, and product packaging. We will request that you email photos of all these materials in order to assess the situation and proceed with a solution.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because candy is a perishable item, and in compliance with Food & Drug Administration (FDA) policies, All City Candy cannot accept any candy for a refund unless it has been damaged in transit (excluding damage due to weather conditions).

I'm trying to order a large quantity but the site won't let me. What's going on?

Our website is tied to our inventory system and will not allow you to purchase more of an item than we have on hand. However, we'd love to work with you to secure the quantity you need — please call us at 216-487-7070 or email us at info@allcitycandy.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

I'm looking for an item I can't find on the website. Can you get it for me?
