Dia de los Muertos, or “Day of the Dead,” – celebrated each fall – isn’t a grim occasion. It’s a festive day to remember and celebrate those who’ve gone before us. One of the best known customs for celebrating the holiday is elaborately decorating miniature skulls made from sugar.
