Product Information

Nothing ruins a candy order faster than summer heat. We've got you covered with two melt protection options — just select the one that's right for your order before adding to cart.

Ice Pack Protection — $5
Frozen ice pack(s) sealed inside insulated wrap to help keep your candy cool during transit.

Insulated Cooler Protection — $25
Our best protection for larger orders, longer transit times, or hot climates. Includes ice pack(s) packed inside a foam cooler.

Both options are reusable after delivery.

A few things to know before you order:

- Melt-protected orders ship Monday–Wednesday to avoid sitting in a carrier's hot warehouse over the weekend
- Expedited shipping is recommended for warm weather orders for best results
- Ship to a location where someone can bring the package inside promptly — we are not responsible for packages left outside in the heat after delivery
- Shipping carriers do not air condition their vehicles, and cargo area temperatures can run significantly higher than outside temps
- While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee candy will not soften in transit during warm weather
- Ice packs may arrive warm — this means they worked. They are reusable
- Product photos may not represent the exact ice pack or cooler received

We do not issue refunds for melting. For full details see our Melt Protection Policy

Icepack and candy

I ordered some Pina Colada Sour Balls and fudge. I added the ice pack just to ensure protection as I had never ordered from here before. The candy and fudge came perfectly. The ice pack kept everything cool. We have actually kept the icepack as it is reusable and very nice. It is not one of those flimsy ones; this is a solid rectangle and fits perfectly in a lunchbox! My wife loved the candy! Everything came on time, fresh and delicious!!

Bob, this made our day! 🍬 Thank you for giving us a try and for taking the time to share. We hope your wife enjoys many more treats from us.

Worthwhile add-on

I purchase 5# of buckeyes at a time. When my stock runs out in the summer, this is well worth the price. The packaging with the cool pack ensures my chocolate arrives whole. I have had to ship them before and did not have the cold pack and wound up with 2# of melted buckeyes. They were still edible, but not something I could give a customer.

Thank you so much, Leigh! 🍬 We're so glad we could help keep everything picture perfect for your customers. We'll be here whenever it's time to restock!

Wonderful service and packaging!!!! I am almost 90 years old and remember my parent's Mom & Pop store and how they packaged our customers purchases,,,, a lot of love and appreciation involved and I see it here. Thank you.

fast shipping and great product

Garry

I love anything Santa and have several other Pez Santa’s and wanted to add the mini one to those that I already have. I just happen to find the Santa while going through what All City Candy offers.

Janet

These are fresh and look great and don’t expire until 2028. I bought some other Cinnamon Santa’s off of Amazon (big mistake) and when they arrive they looked very chalky and stale and on top of that they expire in January 2027. I will buy all of my Cinnamon Santa’s every fall from All City Candy from now on!

Janet

I bought this item years ago and was thrilled to be able to find it on All City Candy’s website. The kids are going to love getting it for Halloween.

Janet

These are my favorite!! Always arrive perfect!

Great service!

All City Candy has always been so responsive to my orders! Their shipping is fast and their product arrives in great condition! My family & friends really enjoy the Lemans Football mints! I will definitely order from All City Candy again!

A Fall Staple

I recently ordered three bags of Brach’s Mellowcreme Pumpkins, and I’ve already eaten two. Yes, they’re that addictive! These classic fall candies strike the perfect balance of creamy texture and sweet, nostalgic flavor. Each pumpkin melts in your mouth and tastes like pure autumn happiness. I’m definitely going to need to reorder soon because these disappeared way too fast. Candy Corn might get a bad rap because the size doesn't allow it to be as creamy, but I absolutely won’t stand for any Mellowcreme Pumpkin slander. They are delicious.

We have not opened the mystery bag yet but everything looks great. We order a bag of sweet and sour suckered with the mystery bag, we even have a extra piece of candy in the box🥰

Nice strong ginger flavor.

This was my 7th order and all have been perfect; fast shipping, safe packaging and fresh product.

I was actually very impressed with my first order. I ordered a mystery bag and they accepted the instructions on what I didn't want included.

I will definitely order again.
