Donation Request Form

Thank you for your interest in All City Candy. Due to the very high volume of donation requests we receive, donations will only be considered for recognized 501(c)(3) or educational organizations within All City Candy’s primary market area in northeast Ohio.

Please Note:

1. In order to be considered, please complete and submit a Donation Request Form. 
2. Requests must be received at least 4 weeks prior to the date the donation is needed.
3. We will notify you via email if your request has been accepted.
