Grapeheads are small sour-grape-flavored balls, wrapped in a sugary coat with a sour chewy shell -- they're the grape version of Lemonheads. These little boxes are perfect for Halloween, birthday parties, lunch boxes or anytime you want to put a smile on someone's face.
When you were a kid, Grapeheads may have been called "Alexander the Grape" but it's still the same candy: In the 1970s, the Ferrara Pan Candy company renamed them Grapehead to align with their top-selling lemon hard candy: Lemonead. Now Grapehead and the rest of the "sourhead" candy flavors -- Cherryhead, Applehead, Orangehead and Lemonhead -- can be purchased alone or in an assortment called "Lemonhead & Friends."
Ingredients: Sucrose, corn syrup, citric acid, acacia (gum arabic), natural and artificial flavors, confectioner's glaze, apple juice concentrate, carnauba wax, red 40, blue 1, blue 2.

I was thrilled with my order and will be back again. My biggest problem is my son is home from college and keeps finding my grapeheads. Oh well. Gives me a reason to buy more.
